Brands are more than the outward expression of a product or service. Brands are also the vehicle for expressing the beliefs of a team of dedicated individuals, people with passions and ideas, giving a company its culture and values.

As such, successful brand elevation begins with strong internal branding. I worked closely with hessnatur to identify key themes and recurring passions about the brand. Distilling these ideas into an internal brand vision book became the foundation for future creative output and strategic planning for the entire company.
